Michael Aish
Head Coach - Adelaide

Former Norwood champion and Australian Football Hall of Fame inductee (2023). Michael played 307 league games for Norwood, won the Magarey Medal in 1981 and represented South Australia 15 times. Former Assistant Coach at Norwood and West Adelaide, and Head Coach of Aish Football Academy Adelaide since 2021. Michael was also named in Norwood’s Team of the Century.

Jesse Aish
Head Coach - Sydney

Level 3 AFL accredited coach and Head Coach of the Aish Football Academy since 2018. Former Sydney Swans Academy coach (2017–2018), Assistant Coach at Norwood Football Club (2015–2016) and Norwood league footballer from 2006–2014, including winning the McCallum Trophy. Winner of the Stan Milton Trophy in the Sydney Football League in 2019 for kicking the most goals in the competition.

Bryan Beinke
Strength and Conditioning Coach

Former AFL and SANFL footballer with Adelaide and Port Adelaide, including three SANFL premierships with Port Adelaide. Former coach at Norwood and Port Adelaide reserves, and Founder of Nth Degree Athletic Performance Coaching. Bryan has been Aish Football Academy’s Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2021

Patrick Clark
High Performance Coach

Professionally qualified sports physiotherapist and former SANFL footballer with Glenelg. Patrick has been Aish Football Academy’s High Performance Coach since 2021, leading AFL testing, player evaluation, injury prevention and performance monitoring programs, including the implementation of KangaTech technology.
